Operations & Service Technician/ Engineer 

To expand our nationwide activities, we are looking for an experienced Operations & Service Technician/ Engineer.

Tasks

• Prepare and configure systems for installation
• Assemble products, install, run field-test, troubleshoot, solve technical problems, and upgrade our Smart Farm Systems at customer farms
• Provide technical knowledge and after-sales service remote and on-site
• Support in any hands-on technical work that needs to be done

Requirements

• Possess strong craftsmanship skill in electric and electronics
• A degree in electrical/electronic engineering field or completed vocational training as an electrician, mechatronics engineer or similar
• An entrepreneurial spirit with problem-solving abilities
• A car driving license and willingness to travel to customer sites across Thailand on a regular basis

Owning a car is a plus

• A team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced & result-oriented environment
• Native in the Thai language with English proficiency is required for both spoken and written communication
• Great customer relations skills and experience dealing with clients
• Basic knowledge of Cloud Systems and Mobile Apps
